Reliable Job Site Sanitation

Productivity relies on basic needs being met. If your workers have to walk ten minutes to find a restroom, you are losing money. We provide strategic placement of standard portable toilets and handwash stations to maximize efficiency. Our billing is transparent, with monthly rental options that fit the timeline of your project, whether it's a 3-month renovation or a 2-year high-rise build.

Specialized High-Rise & Industrial Units

Laie, HI has a growing skyline, and we support vertical construction. We offer high-rise porta potty rentals (crane-liftable units). These units feature a heavy-duty steel sling or cage and a locking roof, allowing them to be safely hoisted by crane to upper floors. This keeps your vertical crew on the deck working, rather than waiting for the elevator to use a ground-floor unit. We also supply trailer-mounted units for highway and infrastructure crews that move daily.

OSHA Compliance & Handwashing

We help you stay compliant. OSHA 1926.51 mandates specific ratios of toilets to employees. We ensure you meet these standards. Additionally, with hygiene being a priority, we offer standalone portable handwashing stations with soap and paper towels, which are essential for meal breaks and general site hygiene.

Laie, HI Insights: Population,
Zip Codes, Influence, and Service Areas

Historically, Lāʻie was a puʻuhonua, a sanctuary for fugitives. While a fugitive was in the puʻuhonua, it was unlawful for that fugitive's pursuers to harm him or her. During wartime, spears with white flags attached were set up at each end of the city of refuge. If warriors attempted to pursue fugitives into the puʻuhonua, they would be killed by sanctuary priests. Fugitives seeking sanctuary in a city of refuge were not forced to permanently live within the confines of its walls. Instead, they were given two choices. In some cases, after a certain length of time (ranging from a couple of weeks to several years), fugitives could enter the service of the priests and assist in the daily affairs of the puʻuhonua. A second option was that after a certain length of time the fugitives would be free to leave and re-enter the world unmolested. Traditional cities of refuge were abolished in 1819.
