Productivity relies on basic needs being met. If your workers have to walk ten minutes to find a restroom, you are losing money. We provide strategic placement of standard portable toilets and handwash stations to maximize efficiency. Our billing is transparent, with monthly rental options that fit the timeline of your project, whether it's a 3-month renovation or a 2-year high-rise build.
Chelsea, MI has a growing skyline, and we support vertical construction. We offer high-rise porta potty rentals (crane-liftable units). These units feature a heavy-duty steel sling or cage and a locking roof, allowing them to be safely hoisted by crane to upper floors. This keeps your vertical crew on the deck working, rather than waiting for the elevator to use a ground-floor unit. We also supply trailer-mounted units for highway and infrastructure crews that move daily.

We help you stay compliant. OSHA 1926.51 mandates specific ratios of toilets to employees. We ensure you meet these standards. Additionally, with hygiene being a priority, we offer standalone portable handwashing stations with soap and paper towels, which are essential for meal breaks and general site hygiene.
We provide efficient, rugged, and fully compliant sanitation solutions specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of every job site, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all workers.
"We have been using this team for our subdivision projects for two years. The drivers are always on time, and the billing is accurate. No headaches."
"The high-rise units are a game changer. Getting a toilet to the 15th floor kept our guys working. Great equipment."
"Reliable service. Even after a heavy storm, they were out there the next day servicing the units. That kind of reliability matters."
The area was first settled as early as 1820 within the Michigan Territory by settler Cyrus Beckwith. It would be organized as Sylvan Township in 1834. The Michigan Central Railroad constructed a line through the area in 1848, and a post office was first established on January 4, 1849. It was originally named Kendon. The name was changed to Chelsea on July 19, 1850 when the train station opened and community was formally platted. The name Chelsea came from Elisha Congdon, who suggested the name after his hometown of Chelsea, Massachusetts. Chelsea incorporated as a village in 1889. The Chelsea courthouse is housed in a 120-year-old bank building in downtown.
